明年中通車西鐵沿線樓盤料旺市不旺價

九鐵近期醜聞不斷，尚幸未對西鐵的落成通車期構成影響。資料顯示，西北鐵路支線應可如期於明年中或更早通車，而交通網得到改善後，市場料沿線一、二手物業將會受惠，交投量可望上升三至五成。然而，基於市場氣氛仍傾向觀望，屋苑多數「旺市不旺價」。

...位於鄰近南昌站的港灣豪庭，亦因為通車效應吸引不少首置、自置客，其中的港灣豪庭，市場指由於發展商開售初段以低價招徠，所以明年西鐵通車前，相信會有不少業主轉售獲利，相信樓價可在入伙及西鐵通車期內出現 10％升幅。
