港灣豪庭三座大單位280萬苦力收入不定大膽上車

大角嘴港灣豪庭日前以低價進行內購，上車客通
宵揀樓情況令人記憶猶新。在人潮當中，居於旺角的林先生也於當日購入一個三座大單位，今次入市很有膽量，因為本身入息不穩定，但購入新樓乃三房設計，加上習慣了生活在旺區，因此運用多年儲蓄入市去。

林先生坦言，自己從事苦力，月入不定，所以買樓後心情忐忑不安。「我有三個仔，都讀緊書，原本住嘅舊樓好細，太太又話要買新樓，所以最後都買咗。」

住旺區交通方便

一家支柱的林先生表示，今次購入單位很有膽量，因為本身工作要望天打卦，收入不穩定。生意好的時候，每月收入可達二萬元以上，生意少時，自己也難算薪水有多少。幸好他與太太多年來儲下一筆首期，故一家考慮約一個多月，即決定入市。

至於購入港灣豪庭的原因，林先生道：「我本身住旺角，衣食住行都在呢區，加上港灣豪庭賣既價算合理，交通方便，而且三房單位空間四正，啲仔都住得舒適啦。」

林先生購入單位為三座中層C室，單位面積八百七十四方呎，購入價約二百八十萬元，平均呎價三千二百零四元。林先生預算自己向銀行借貸七成，分二十年攤還，倘若以供樓利率P減二點五厘計算，林先生每月供款約一萬零五百元。因此林先生表示希望往後每月收入能夠達一萬五千至二萬元。
