We all find that the design of the residental lift from the basement to the podium of each floor with door and my design teacher said that this really follow the usual design as adding smart card equipment for security purpose. Certainly the floor plan can be changed without notification. As from the understanding, if it is open to public , then, my teacher said that they don't have to make any door to seperate the residential lift with the lift in the shopping center. Also, "Little joking" & bungee are correct, as I understand with my design teacher, he said that the open public space could be the shopping mall. Anyway, ²æ­W®ü, please help us to ask and confirm it back . IF this is really open to public then, hope that HMV will become a famous building in the district like tai Koo Shing or ®ü¶h»¨¶é in Hung Hom ( I forget it is the correct name of the building which is next to º®¤H½XÀY), they also got an open to public garden.
