Thanks 脫苦海, I also concern about my interest in regards to the 平台花園, I really hope I was wrong, I even didn't told my mother in regards to the reply I received from HLD, I'm afraid she will worry about my safety.

脫苦海 can you also ask HLD the definition of "Public" ??? In addition, if the answer from HLD is negative, is there any chance we can buy back from the Government the open policy of the 平台花園??
