我們是一群大角咀港灣豪庭的業主，為組織港灣豪庭業戶，成立非官方網站，由於屋苑尚未入伙，現時為港灣業主聯絡之用，瀏覽港灣網站之業主日益增多。

本屋苑將於明年初入伙，為爭取各業主福利起見，本網站現搜尋各種居民入伙所需的服務優惠。室內設計、裝修、傢俱和裝飾陳設實乃不可忽略之部份，本網站希望能在屋苑入伙前為各居民爭取到優質及價錢相宜之裝修配套，現時誠邀　貴公司為港灣提供各種單位之室內設計套餐，並能提供優惠價錢予港灣居民。

本網站乃非商業網站，亦不以謀利為目標，因此除各相關成本外，並不收取廣告費用。如　貴公司參予本計劃，一切商業活動均為　貴公司與個別業主間的商討，本網站不會收取任何費用。

計劃細節如下：

1)由參予公司根據港灣豪庭的情況給予設計概念和最初步的設計並工程價錢，可參照以下設計實例形式：

2)參予公司能給予港灣居民折扣優惠，可以discount coupon形式出之，讓有興趣的居民能在網上印出來。

3)有關網頁內容設計由參予公司負責，本網站只負責提供連結，一切商業交易均由參予公司與個別業主商討，本網站不負介紹、推銷、調解糾紛之責任。本網站保留修改、裁決及終止參予公司合作之權利。

港灣豪庭屬三千多伙的大型屋苑，並大部分都是年輕業主，相信越接近入伙期，網站人流會越來越多，相信以上計劃一方面能為居民提供福利，另一方面能為有關公司提供商業機會，達至雙贏結果，希望　貴公司能詳加考慮。
