We would like to take this time to tell you how honored we were to Chair the Inishfree Dance and Show. It is a great thing to be a part of something that involves our children. The dancers were wonderful as ever but there are some pretty wonderful parents that need to be thanked, two small words but mean so much. If not for these parents our dance would not have been the success that it was. At this time we would like to say thank you to Mike Lane - if not for you our dancers would not have floors to dance on - not an easy job I might add, picking up the floors, delivering them and then very early in the morning putting them down, all of this you still found the time to run to a feis and watch your daughters dance. THANK YOU for taking the time for us. Maureen Montague, all the running around you did getting wonderful donations for our baskets to be raffled - going to the classes to pick up donations, delivering the baskets and setting them up. Trina Bennett keeping charge of the donations, taking the time to go to the classes to pick up a donated item and for arranging to have everyone meet at your home to put them together. Ellen Turek, we all know this is a busy time of year for you, yet you took time out to help set up, Corrine Budde the best senior dance coordinator - Corrine McMahon and the Bermen Family, for never saying no and helping every step of the way. Ed Sullivan, Rich Holfester and Rob Bennett who made set up go a lot easier and faster. Peg and Pat Walsh arranging to pick up all the bags of ice and staying later for the clean up and to our wonderful security guard - Jim Carey, you kept everything calm, organized and running smoothly so our dancers could prepare and our volunteers could get everything ready.
Thank you to the following family(ies) Carey, Fallon, Felice, Igoe, O’Shaughnessy, Vu, Jennsen, Wood, Perotta, Fabry, Beverly, Fleming & Hughes for volunteering your time.
Alice and Billy thank you for coming out of retirement (did you ever really retire).
A special thank you to a great group of young ladies who still dance with Inishfree whenever they can but for the most part off at work or college. Thank you to Megan McNally, Barbara & Cate Prince and Leann Turek. We asked for help and you girls came. You could not ask for better school spirit than that. Thank you.
Lastly, A big thank you to Sean and Irene for making our dancers what they are today.

We would like to first thank all the parents who sent in donations and/or has volunteered to help with preparations before and the day of the show, it is greatly appreciated. Trena & Maureen have been very busy putting together the baskets and creating an itemized list of baskets to be raffled. Some parents mentioned that they would like to bring a basket to be raffled the day of the dance, if you are bringing a basket the day of the show could you please email me and let me know so we can add it to their list. You can email me at dh1205@optonline.net with information.
Just a reminder if anyone would like to bring a baked good item for the desert table they may do so during set up or the night of the show.
For those parents who volunteered to help with set-up, we will be meeting at St. Josephs College (gym) Saturday 10/3.
at 9:30am.

There are many, many wonderful wigs available from various vendors. It is important that you find a style, color and make that works best for you. Our Annual Show is less than 2 weeks away and we are in need of volunteers and donations, certificates or cash donations to purchase items for the baskets that we raffle. As you know this is a special night for our dancers as well as our Senior Dancers who we honor that evening. Our dancers work long ours putting their hearts and souls to achieve their goals. For this reason, it is a privilege and honor for us to Chair such an important event. Our goal is to make it a successful night for our dancers as it has been in the past. Unfortunately, it cannot be done without the help of our parents. We look forward to any contribution you can offer whether sending in a donation for the baskets or volunteering whatever time you can spare. If all our parents can help a little it will be a great and successful evening.
Anyone looking to volunteer that night please add your name to the volunteer sheet that Ms. Irene has on the board at class. Anyone looking to purchase tickets for the dance or sending donations for baskets, please see Ms. Irene, Donna Holfester or Eileen McNally.
