Think of it... spiderman could dodge the batarang/whatever and just thow a bus on batman. One punch from spiderman and batman would be out cold. Batman couldn't handle Bane, far lest the webslinger.. The latest info has Spidey moving up to 40 times faster than a human. Batman is no where near that fast! As far as agility, Batman could probably hang with the likes of a Nightwing, Daredevil, or Captain America (if Cap was having a bad day), but he can't even compare to Spidey's agility. As far as Drunken Hillbilly, apparently that style was good enough to hold the X-Men at Bay, take down the Rhino, Scorpion, Titania (who nearly beat the She-Hulk to death) and the former herald of Galactus...Firelord. So if they were just fighting hand to hand...Batman would get smoked. Don't despair though DC fans. Being as smart as he is, Batman wouldn't take Spiderman on in a fight. He would just think up some trap for Spiderman and take him out that way. It would have to be a trap which contained the wall-crawler in an enclosed space where his speed, agility, strength and spider senses would be of no use. He could then gas Spidey or eletrocute him or something. How the hell Batman would get Spiderman to fall into a trap like that is beyond me.
