You honestly dont understand either of the two. 1) He wouldnt allow himself to get into a position that would give Superman such an advantage. 2) Superman wouldnt rip anyone's head off. 3) The story used on the TV series for Birds of Prey was ALTERNATE. 4) Read any of Frank Miller's works or Justice League: Tower of Babel and you'll understand just how easy it is for Batman to kick Superman's ass if he really wanted

As, for who would win, I think Superman. Batman is ok, but Superman could protect himself from kryptonite with a lead suit. Bats would really get screwed! Besides, why would they be fighting? They are both HEROS!
