 did anybody ever notice the similiarities between tony stark and bruce wayne?

Granted stark has a suit that does most of the work for him as Iron Man, but the two are both billionaires and owners of huge industrial companies.
SO, Bruce in the beyond suit vs Iron Man, who would win?
