He broke his hand in the process but he did in fact beat him. To date that only "battle" he has lost was to Bane, which he later evened the score. This battle between Spiderman and Batman is good because both men are smart. I see Batman pulling out but not by much. The Dark Knight continues to battle anyone who stands in his way. See... you are a true Bat Lover like me. How did he defeat any way. What comic, Batman defeats everyone because he doesn't hold back like all the other heroes, if all the others didn't they might have had a chance, but I highly doubt it. Because in the end, the dark shall take over the light.
