I'm not not super fans of either one, although both superman and batman are cool characters. I'm thinking, if there has to be a movie about Batman vs. Superman, there has to be a plot of it, because we can't just let the two heroes fight till death. That movie will end in a minute or so? I figured something out that may be ok as a plot. But I'm not a great story writer though.
The story will start having Batman and Superman both helping the world to beat the evil. Superman is the Positive side of heroes, while Batman is kinda in the dark side, but he's still the good ones, just dark (which seem like evil, but not). Batman knows all kinds of martial arts, but still got hurt in a fight with a villain, luckily the villain got hurt by Superman too. While Batman was recovering, he was also in deep thoughts what he has done wrong, and how he can kill the villain. At the same time something inside him is seemingly "talking " to Batman, (like delusions, hearing voices). These voices somehow managed to make Batman explore his dark side more. He goes deeper and deeper, until SUperman found Batman changing from the good side to the bad guy. Then they fight. (Then at the end, of course, Batman "wakes up" and fight villain with superman.)
