I see it not that way. Superman VS Batman would be a battle to end it. Batman would without a doubt win. To all those whom say nay just reflect a moment and compare the two. Superman is : - A Boy Scout: in such he would NEVER kill, never inflict any mortal damage to anyone (given a few exceptions). - He does have super powers: yes he is a hero by selection not by choice, he does have the abilities even though he did not want them. I could go on but it would be futile to prove my point.
Batman is : - A human, yes a human. He doesn't have those powers, by comparison he is an ant. But and this is a BIG but. He is strong, mentally, psycholocically, physically (human standards) Let me reflect a moment, isn't Batman the one who keeps files on EVERY hero and their weaknesses ? Yes, Yes he is. - Granted Batman isn't the type to fight unfairly, but he will maximize every option he has. He is prepared for every circumstance, with his bottomless utility belt and his ressources. (Quote "Now where did I put my emergency kryptonite...oh wait THERE IT IS!!!" - Bob Kane) Yea if Batman wanted to fight Superman. He would KICK THE BOY SCOUT'S ASS!
