See the subject-line again; Batman is a scientific genius who knows Superman's weaknesses-- including his having more guts than brains, and being over-confident in his super-powers.

Scenario: Superman seeks out Batman; Batman isn't stupid enough to challenge Superman to a fistfight, since it doesn't take a genius to realize that Batman's skills as the world's greatest stealth-commando, are no match for Superman's super-powers who can see through almost anything; so he lures Superman into his bat-cave where he's pretending to hide-- Superman sees Batman right through the walls, and then Batman activates his krypton-ray chamber, which blocks the rays of the Sun and makes Superman into an ordinary mortal.

Then suddely Superman isn't so super, and it's

POW!
BAM!
WHAP!

Rest in Peace, super-dork!
