superman would win because he has an endless power capability by the yellow sun and because he is kryptonian
he is very smart just look at what his people have created.

superman is invulnerable and has fought many and has died and came back. doomsday killed superman and superman has came back and kicked the fuck out of doomsday. and from that superboy was made and batman would not stand a chance because superboy does not have and weakness because he is a clone and does not have the weakness to kryptonite

so if superman was getting hurt by kryptonite from batman
superboy would fly in and get ride of the kryptonite and superman and superboy would kick the shit out of batman
