Now in a fight between Spider-man and Batman, definatly Spidy would win. If you strip them down to the bare minimums, Spidy still has his strength and agility. He is unvulneranble, and to top it off, the madder Hulk Gets The Stronger Hulk gets. There is no limit to how strong this beast can get. Plus he is a savage, he won't pull punches. Hulk would win in an arena. With no where to go and no kryptonite in the arena. The hulk would win. They both would ball their fist. Supes launches with his super speed, catches the Hulk off guard. Hulk flies to the other side of the arena.. and... get angrier and angier with each punch.. angrier mean stronger.. there is going to come a time when supes punches the hulk and the hulk will feel him as a fly. then swat him. Superman would win in an open area.
