There's only one Hollywood movie that would work here, where superheroes fight one another: Hulk versus Superman. Why? Well, high-priced Hollywood movies concerning Hulk and Supes are coming out within two years of each other. The fight would make a great sequel to either. They have fought each other before (comic book versions), never really clear who had upper hand.
Bottom line: Supes is an alien and has Superspeed. He could get in 1K blows before hulk knew what happened. But if someone were to give Hulk a pair of Kryptonite brass knuckles -- look out. Superman can't get very close to green Kryptonite before he seriously weakens. if lex luthor or some other villain fashioned a pair of Kryptonite brass knuckles for Hulk and he hit Supes square on in the jaw -- we all know how strong Hulk and Supes are. They can move mountains with their fists. Several punches from Hulk with green Kryptonite behind the force -- let's face it -- would kill Supes.
On the other hand, with no Kryptonite involved and all things equal, I think Supe's speed and strength triumphs over Hulk, who is also fast but not like Supes. And Hulk jumps high but doesn't fly.
Would Supes kill Hulk if he gained the upper hand? Probably not. Probably, Hulk wouldn't do so either to Supes. Why? Both, after all, are heroes -- Hulk a lot more savage and misunderstood and belittled for being a monster.
On Supes/Hulk -- I love 'em both. They're the two best characters D.C. and marvel have. Yeah, yeah, I love Batman and the X-men, but Supes and Hulk are the most powerful forces in the comics universe. One looks like a man with a red/blue costume -- and one is big, mean and green. What a great contrast! What a fight! Who's with me?!
BELIEVE ME FOLKS -- the Hulk movie, if it can pull off the enormous strength the green galoot has -- will top Spidey at the box office. A Hulk v. Superman movie later would be a natural sequel if that happens. Yes, I loved Chrisopher Reeve as Supes. He will be tough to top. Some movies, perhaps the Superman movies with Reeve of the late '70s, aren't meant to be duplicated. I can say that about some movies, they never should be or should have been reborn. Not unless they have some new exciting angle to offer that the original didn't have. One that comes to mind is Planet of the Apes. The original was too good to duplicate. The Wizard of Oz is another.
