In my opinion, there is more of a chance that Superman would win a battle over Batman because he has more advantages such as superhuman powers. Batman doesn't have any powers, he just works-out. The only likely way that Batman could have victory over Superman is if he found out about Superman's weakness to Kryptonite and used it against him. Also, this idea for a movie would put the two superheros in a bad light because what reason would the good characters have to fight each other. So, if a (Batman versus Superman) movie did come to film, I would be very curious in the outcome.
