Bats even says quite bluntly, while fighting against Mr. Freeze, "Just like in chess, Victor, if you want to win, you've got to think five moves ahead"
(or something to that effect)
It was during the No Man's Land series

Supes is a good guy, but he has nowhere near the brain power of Batman

I love batman and I love superman - how could I not? But a question... why do people assume that batman is smarter than superman? smarter than the.. umm... "man" that created an indestructible material? That created that Fortress of Solitude thingie? And yeah. Superman's "predictability" is not a matter of him being stupid - it's a matter of him not wanting to risk lives... he HAS to act "predictable" because he's one of the good guys. Remember?
Saying that batman would defeat superman is kind of like... wishful thinking most of the time...
Batman COULD defeat Superman (if EVERYTHING went his way)
But he wouldn't always be able to do that... and yeah, he's got a REALLY cool car (but given that Superman could smash it to pieces faster than... eh... something really fast...)
Oh yeah, a question (another one). Is it true that Superman accidentally sneezed a remote galaxy to pieces?
