Okay, first of all Batman has nothing. All his allies are humans. They would go down in one punch. The cops have guns. Oh Wow! News Flash. They don't work on Superman. That Kryptonitne ring that everyone is talking about. Lex Luthor has it. A couple years ago he stole and gave Batman a fake one. Now the only thing Batman has is his mind. I don't think he'd go in a fist fight with Supes, he'd have to try something else, but right now it looks like Superman has the upperhand.
