Dear Ali,
There are not any halal groceries near campus as far as I know. This is unfortunate. The nearest one I am aware of is the one I go to in Adams Morgan which is a Sudanese store which I think is called el-Khartoum. Coming from GW it is on the left side of the street accross from a park. It is on 18th St a block after it intersect with Florida. I'll try to get some better directions for you inshahallah!
