I am looking for a female roommate. My condo is in Va Square, right across from the metro station. I am a professor and former GWU student. The condo is brand new with excellent security and facilities. It is a 2 BR and Bath. You will have your own room and bath. The place is furnished except your section. 6 Month lease min. $1000 but negotiable.
