Here is some advice from a seasoned veteran of the woodlands, deserts, and freeway underpasses.

1.) Although animals are cute and furry, under no condotion should you let them lick your body. Some animals (like squirrels and skunks) carry rabies. Further more, a forestry ranger might assume that you are molesting the animals rather than enjoying them from a far. They will strick you with a fine as you are savagely being bitten alive.

2.) Always...Always...bring insect repellent and some crackers to eat.

3.) Always bring pure, crystal bottled water. Many creeks, rivers, and lakes are now heavily contaminated with heavy metals, fertilizer run off, DDT's, and carbonixal.

4.) Bring a helmet or hat to wear to protect you from the Sun---whyich by the way, can cause skin cancer and peeling.

5.) Don't pick up rocks unless you kick them over first..with a long stick from far away.

6.) Always put out your fires and pee into a recepcle which you can bury later.

I hope that I have been of some help. Happy camping!!!
