I was born in the far North, by a bunch of caves with warrior mice. My parents were tree wifflers and healers (tat means ttey verry good at climbing). One day they went to help Arla, a mouse's wife. They never returned. So I went to Arla. She said that they never had come! It had been over two days! Still trying to figure what happend to them. So I was adopted by one of the warrior female mice. Her name was Seiro. One day she sent me out to collect some nuts for dinner. When I came back she had also dissapeared. So I talked with her other adopted daughter, an otter named Reta, and she said Seiro was kidnapped! I ran from the cave in a mad onslaught of sadness and anger. I ran all the way to the river. When I got their however, I stopped. I was afraid of water. Reta rushed up behind me. She told me that a group of otters should come down the river. She said we could go with them. I told her my fear of drowning. So she pushed me into the water, a place with a slow current. She than told me how to kick my legs and move my arms. So she taught me how to swim. When the otters did come, they also came with a large raft. We hopped abord and said, "any friend of one otter, is a friend of all otters." One day I fell in the river and was carried to Redwall Abbey. I entered realizing that the otters would come and get me someday. Theyi never did. Except Reta,she came and told me that they couldn't come because other otters were in a battle, far South. So that is how I came to Redwall.
