We had traveled from Salamandastron, where my mom and dad were very skilled archers. My parents and I had left Salamandastron 1 year ago, and were always on the move. We were glad to find a good home after all the traveling. I missed Salamandastron so much that my parents had promised me that they would bring me back when I was 13. Unfortunentaly, one day a big hare came to Redwall. He had come from Salamandastron to fech my mother and father. "Salamandastron has been atacked by seerats! Lord Sunflash has asked me to come bring you back to Salamandastron.' He said. My parents agreed to go. I wanted to come to but they didn't want me to. So I had to stay here. Before my parents left, my father gave me something. It was a silver fish, about 10 cm. long, tied to a strind of black lether. "This is our archer symbol" my father explained. "it shows that you are a Salamandastron badger." Then, they left. That was 1 year ago, when I was 12, my parents havn't come back yet but I hope they wll soon.
