I was born in a family of desert badgers, we lived in the desert surrounding Salamandastron. Oftentimes my parents visited there and we were strong allies of the folk of Salamandastron. Unfortunately, when I was around 6, my parents became lost in the desert, and after 3 days of waiting my siblings and I decided we should head for Salamandastron.
We came there and Lord Sagaxus gave us a very warm welcome. He was very grieved to hear the fate of our parents. We stayed there for a year and one day Lord Sagaxus approached me and told me that I was going to be taken to Redwall Abbey for an education. He wanted me away from the ancientness and hardness of Salamandastron. He wanted me to become a fighter but not to soon, like the leverets at Salamandastron who became fighters at a very young age.
So I was sent here, to Redwall, I am happy here, and soon after I came joined the DAB Club. I am getting a good education and am being trained as a warrior by the Abbey Warrior. It is quite enjoyable.
My family has had the name Moonstripe from when the world was young because at nighttime our centermost white stripe on our heads glows partially in the moonlight. I think it quite fascinating and beautiful. I got the name Trillium because that was my mother's favorite flower. I am very fierce when I need to fight but besides that I'm a peaceful creature. I have a good aim, am quite a natural leader, and have a lot of strength. Although, I must confess being very bossy at times, and a uncontrolable craving for Friar Hugo's freshly baked cinnamon scones with Meadowcream.
