Well guys….I never thought it would come to this…but “goodbye Tankerz”
I have tried to get back into the swing of things and just can’t. I don’t feel like this message board is my home anymore and the quiet I get when I last saw some ppl on Myth..was just an extra sign that I should leave. After the Clunk incident and the case where Anti and Sherm thought I was being hard on Sherman…things just haven’t been the same. Thank you very much Pern! I think (if memory serves) you were the only one who backed me up and voiced your opinion of my character. How some of you ever thought I would mean anything that I do as an act of taking over this clan or trying to divide us…your crazy. I would never destroy anything I love. I am a passionate man and I am always trying to move forward and make things better or easier for everyone. I guess that is why I am leaving. God, I will miss this board. I won’t be returning to the Tanks Private MB…unlike some other x-tanks that come here and spread rumors on Myth (not mentioning any names). My wife told me I never quit anything and to just stick with it. I think my welcome has worn out. I talk a lot…I am always trying to perfect things…I always want to make sure other ppl are happy before myself. Maybe those are flaws, either way…I won’t be the reason a member feels uncomfortable. I don’t know how to write down what I want to say…I guess all I have is memories. I could go on and on about this forever! Games with Toaster, Pern and myself! Endless hours of TFL with Pete. Sherm’s wacky ars trades. NS and his wights. I have probably a thousand films I can watch over and over. Things just aren’t the same..I tried to get ppl to play some classic TFL coops..a no show. I tried to get some M2 vTFL coops gatherings…again…a no show. I am always by myself. I know we are getting older, but I refuse to act it :-)
I would love to even see an annual gathering! Once a year we meet on Myth for 8 hours straight..maybe the weekend after Christmas or March 14th…but it seems nobody has time anymore. That would be such a thing to look forward to. I don’t know why some ppl have a hard time making a gathering. Some advice guys, always make time! You or that other person could be dead next year! Don’t wait just do it. This game will die if ppl just fluff it off. For those of you who call me via cell phone..remember my wife has the phone during the day..call me after 5pm eastern. 330-904-6554
I am an extremely busy man and don’t have time for drama. I would rather keep the wonderful memories I have of all of you than make a bunch of new uncomfortable ones.
There is a ton of things I want to say. I hope to see you on Myth or any other game.
I just finished re-reading all the posts and emails from ppl…some of the emails are just too harsh to forget. I am too old for this drama and have no desire to have it in my life. I am a happy man and will continue to be so. Your Ever-loving Dio, Yeti, Grizzly. (which ever you know me as)

1-Does this mean you will stop playing Myth? LOL..hell no! I love this game and will return every spring and play till fall.
2-Will you still play games with Tanks? Hell yes! I love you guys. You just can’t fall out of love..its always there. Whenever I get a phone call or an email, I will show like always. My forum is here…only a few ppl jump on it. http://slave1.6.forumer.com/index.php
When invited. I may not be in TC anymore but that doesn’t mean I won’t stop playing with the best damn Mythers out there. I make friends for life.
3-What about plans you have made with TC members? Yes I still will be coming to the UK within the next 2 years. I will still need your help Pern on a good hotel to stay at. Yes Pete, you were like my first real Myth friend. I remember playing myth for hours when you were away in college and then we would talk for hours after on AIM. I don’t remember a day that I didn’t see you back then. I will be coming to Mass. at some point. If there were a real life gathering, I would love to come. Cell, I have been working on a new routine and it is rough…want it? Just email me or get a hold of me on my MB. I am always willing to talk about fitness. I am saving money to build a house right now…so you will have to stay in my duplex or a hotel. In about 5 years I should have everything built and paid for.
4-Are you going to start a new clan? No. There is only one clan that fits me.
