Subject: Cell...my lifting program.

Last night you were curious about my lifting..so I thought I would sum it up for you.
I haven't worked out in 2 months..job is killing me.
I don't get into how much I bench alot..due to the fact it an an over worked muscle to begin with. I hate when you go inna gym and some guy is pushing up 350lbs. and can't even do 1/2 his weight in a curl. Bench is for ppl out to try an prove something. Anywhoop. Here it is, from where I left off.
6'3" and 230lbs. and really sexy blue eyes! Weeeeee!
I work out for 45min.-1 hour. Science has shown that after about 47 minutes you body is just going through the motions and it can't keep up with the repair (if you work out every day). I also don't do any drugs to help with this, I guess I could take some amino acids. I guess I would just forget about then like I do my gingko..Ha! I do know alot about the drugs and ect.
Protein-I take a whey protein drink every day with 46g worth. I use the brand ON. Don't use that GNC shit..it just blots ya.
I switch up my work out alot to keep my muscles guessing.

Monday-back and shoulders.
Tuesday-Triceps and abs.
Wednesday-legs and some cardio.
Thursday-Chest.
Friday-biceps and abs.
Saturday-pure cardio, I should do more..but I don't.

If you specifics..let me know.
Chest, I prefer to use DB's. This is what you were asking about. I use a sweed ball most of the time.
Start off with 2 DB's
1-70lbs. each at 12
2-80lbs. each at 10
3-90lbs. each at 10
4-100lbs. each at 8
Even though it is looked at as a total of 200lbs. Give it a whirl LOL. 2 75lbers at about equal to 250lbs on staraight bar.
As far as total weight on a straight bar. 260lbs. That is all I have in my basement. I also do the flys and ect.
Curl is the one I am trying to get up there...ust keep hitting a flat spot.
Along with my other bicep lifts..my standing curl with a curl bar is:
1-60lbs. at 10
2-80lbs. at 10
3-90lbs. at 8
4-100lbs. at 8
My max on that is 120...I dare not go past that...a pulled bicep with destroy your entire workout and set you way back, trust me;-)
As long as you can do 1/2 your body weight on curl, your fine. Bench should be at least your own weight. Legs should be double your weight. It also depends on your body type also, some ppl have chicken legs and can't do much..no biggie.
When I work out I do a count of:
1-1-1
I used to do a
2-1-2
Those suck :) I prefer slow over fast.
I like to screw with ppl on plain pushups. Anyone can throw down 30 fast pushups...make someone do 30 on a 2-1-2 count with pushup handles. They allow you to stretch your whole chest and give you several more inches on your dip to the floor.
Any questions howler at me or if you just need tips or help. I would like to know what works for you though.
Oh, I also eat 5 times a day. Never stuff, always graze. I don't have my 18 year old metabolism anymore :-/
