Time zone help please.

Making a page for the site with timezones.
Eastern US- Ohio, Mass. NY and so on.
UK is 4 hours ahead of eastern? right?
Finland is 2 hours ahead of UK?
California is 3 hours behind eastern?
Central time is 1 hour behind eastern?
Mountain is 2 hours behind eastern?
Pacific time is california time correct?
Singapore is 13 hours ahead of eastern or behind?
Ormuz? You are in S.America or Central?

Other than these.....are there any other Tanks in differant time zones?
Thanks for your help..I wanna get this right before it gets posted and I look like a dweeb!

I also asume nobody wants thier name on the map of where they live. I didn't get a response from any of you. This might be funny..Diomedes will be the only person on the map.
