Remember, he has much bigger and better things to worry about than a fabricated court case like this one, which is a waste of time and of no benefit to us. For people like yourself, you are jumping up and down with a false guarantee and hope by a so called lawyer. In which case, your balls might be hanging upside down instead. Polye has been through worst turbulence and this is just one of it. He is a thick skin and don't think you'll ever match him in any front.
