Mate, what goes as a submission as part of the development budget is where;
1. Project proposals have been approved by ADB. Laiagam to Kandep section is approved and awaiting counterpart funding. Kandep-Magarina proposal has been submitted to ADB.
2. Availability of GOPNG component counterpart funding whether be from Enga Prov Govt or sponosored by individual open members.
As said by Steve on his thread, 'resource and money is limited', and as such big road projects like this can not be undertaken by the Provincial govt alone. I believe we need to take advantage of this ADB loan project and provide counterpart funding. Yes, we need to provide the support where we can to speed up things.
