Chicko and Ace,
Firstly, you can not deny that Alfred Manase with his supporters did hijack 7 ballot boxes at his Tinzipaka Village. It happened in broad day light in front of many people and helpless election officials. They were unable to defend themselves and had to surrender to gun welding tribesman of Alfred, with himself being the chief in commander.
Secondly, Don Polye did not get involved in any illegal acts like what Alfred did. Alfred created history in the whole of Kandep by doing what he did. This send great sock waves across Kandep District.
Thirdly, none of the 70 witnesses of Alfred Manase implicated Don personally at any one stage and he remains innocent all along. How then can you blame him for other peoples doing?
Fourthly, certain individuals reacted to what was instigated by other candidates which are subject of contentions now.
Finally this election petition is a twist of the truth and I wonder if lies will stand tall?
I reiterate here that Don is truly mandated by the people and Alfred should leave him alone to carry out his tasks.
Remember you are denying the rights of the people of Kandep from being represented.
