kandepian wane,
deem the country has formal judicial institutions which would fully take care of this issue but sadly see little rationale in your last sentence:
"On that note, it is also interesting to run a trial outside parallel to one that is in court."

Larsen,
I fully respect the Formal Court set up in this country to guide citizens and punish those perpetrators of law. But there are certain types of Court Case like the Election Petition Law that allows only the winning candidate to be tried by any losing candidates even if the petitioners had committed some sort of serious offenses themselve. In which case I see it being unfair to the defendant. Even though I am not a lawyer there is loophole in this law. First the petitioner should be aquitted of any wrong doing before allowing him or her to challenge the winner with credibility. Otherwise it is unfair like it is with the current Kandep Open Petitioner.
I have expressed my self in such a situation where the petitioners go free of mistake and only targets the winner. And not a double trial, in fact we will accept the outcome of the formal court.

democratically, the independent state of papua new guinea needs appropriate changes to add value to the political, economical and social structures of its organic fibres to improve the wellbeing of itself as a sovereign state, the wellfare of its citizens, and its good conduct of the other sovereign nations and their citizens.

you views that changes need to be adopted is true but only appropriate changes and thus, the appropriateness or suitability of such changes are determined by established institutions formally recognized. your views should be provided to these institutions.

in regard to this matter, your views are, frankly, not essential.
