But there are certain types of Court Case like the Election Petition Law that allows only the winning candidate to be tried by any losing candidates even if the petitioners had committed some sort of serious offenses themselve. In which case I see it being unfair to the defendant. Even though I am not a lawyer there is loophole in this law. First the petitioner should be aquitted of any wrong doing before allowing him or her to challenge the winner with credibility. Otherwise it is unfair like it is with the current Kandep Open Petitioner. I have expressed my self in such a situation where the petitioners go free of mistake and only targets the winner.
