Though he presented Kombiam/Ambum in parliament, all Enga talked about him as if he was the Enga Governor. Into his second term all parliament was brough to their toes when from no way moved to become the Prime Minister. If it wasn't for few Sakias member's, JP would be the first Engan Prime Minister.
