 I thought Valentine Kambori was and is still the head of DNP and PKK was head of DRD. The report by PAC condemns both depts.

Hope you don't condone inefficiency...

Another mistak by the newspaper yur little head has fallen for. Again, I tink PK is vice-minister of the dept. NOT director of ORD.

Don't be pinhead like your brather Enga Arsebuttsman and get your facts stret..
