Have you looked also at the enviro report by the developer and the government? Any mining has to start after the government approves the enviro report from the developer as well as their own sponsored reviews/findings. Am a bit sus about private sponsored investigations which may have biased influences prior results.

Chicko, I haven't read the full report but from extracts i know, it seems bias to independent findings. Well, you can't even have to argue to depend on legality of the reports. Its a living proof man. E.g. If one would go downstream of red wara in pogera, yu will see what tailings does.

Though proper procedures might have been fulfilled to proceed with the development,i assume thorough investgiations must have not been done independently without political interest, though. It is an enivronment and marine concern if you ever travel to that part of the country.

Anyway, if you have the copies of these reports then i would appreciate you give me a copy and I'll prove my remarks wrong!

richard
