This shows how much we feel about our capital (Wabag) as truely this is our source of pride. I believe, we need systems in place to keep a good record of building contractors who do a quality job or not. Besides, Government administrators have to carefully check through the qualifications and experiences of Building Engineers, Architerctures or whatever you might want to call before they are given any job in the public sector.
