...the management has to refocus on the areas which deemed inefective or causing the backlog. Try phase out old syllabus and introduce new courses/subjects into existing depts/courses. Lazy staff as to be kicked out if they are incompetent.....do away with employing cohorts and political and religious cronies bypasing legal procedures of employment....the institution should be innovative and creative....those HOD that supress surbodinates should be sacked or demoted..... more staff should be sent overseas for further studies, these are some of the issues the genuine NASA are fighting for.
