So long as nobody opens the guts to cry foul, the so called democracy in PNG and Enga is an illusion. Nobody wants to bring it to the attention of the authority. Enga dwells on fear, unless someone comes out and says, "enough". God will not help us unless we take the first move, then he comes in.
