The building was falling apart. The paints were peeling off and the gutters were leaking. Some dummy was trying to repaint them but wasn't of any help. I overheard some employees complaining about the leaking interiors and how embarassing it was to work in a building that was new yet falling apart. A building worth K5 million falling apart in less than 12 months, what a disgrace. Infact the K5 million is loaned to EPG by BSP for the building don't know how EPG is going to justify paying for a rotting substandard structure. About the engineers and building supervisors in Enga, there is none that I know of. Those functions are non existent or if they do they are coached to suit the interest of the governor and his croonies. And the builders, off course we know who Panda Builders is and the kind of development it brings for our money. We are stucked in a blackhole, looks we have no way out as all our resources are sucked into hole. I guess we just have to wait for another 5 years in agony.
