The man has been in the Enga administration for so long and has a lot of experience. He has been removed recently by the Ipatas government because he refused to entertain bogus claims from the governors political cronies. With his wealth of experience he can do a lot of things for Enga. I beleive he is a man of principle and has good standing in the Engan community. This is only my opinion.
