Ipatas is using the Free Education policy as one of his political tool to convince vote. Truely he deserves vote from students and parents. However, after 10 years of subsidising school fees no emplyments have been created. What is his next plan? see the Ipatas centre is filled with breaucrats. Where are the graduants? Are they all employed? Are they all working in Enga?
This questions are very sensitive and Ipatas should explain.

If the graduants are benefactor of the Engan Subsidy then give then employment in Enga, the Ipatas centre is the place for them.

Ipatas is action man for he does thing temporarily.

oh! so you tell Engans what other polticians before Ipatas have done for the province. what have they done for education? what have they done for job opportunities? what have they done for district headquarters? what have they done to put Enga on the map of PNG?????? WHAT, Mr. sambe wane??????

are you here just to throw your rubbish at Ipatas? can you possibly achieve the little he has achieved for Enga???

Peter has done all he could for Enga. However, that in itself is not enough for the province as all educated people of enga know. That is why we need a better person to build on from where Peter Ipatas left off.

if you have to say something on this forum, say it like an intellectual. Give the good and the bad sides, express your opinion and offer alternatives.

Education deals with the realisation of self-potential and latent talents of an individual. If the Ipatas Centre can't provide jobs for these very educated individuals, then Mr Ipatas's focus should be on the forms of education that facilitate self-employment - hence boost private sector employment, such as in the areas of technical & agricultural skills development.
Generally a well educated person has the ability to impart knowledge, possess positive judgement and has well-developed wisdom.
However, the group of "educated elits" mostly seen today in PNG (either a Ipatas Center or Waigani) seems to fail in the areas of positive judgement and developed wisdom.
