Education deals with the realisation of self-potential and latent talents of an individual. If the Ipatas Centre can't provide jobs for these very educated individuals, then Mr Ipatas's focus should be on the forms of education that facilitate self-employment - hence boost private sector employment, such as in the areas of technical & agricultural skills development.
Generally a well educated person has the ability to impart knowledge, possess positive judgement and has well-developed wisdom.
However, the group of "educated elits" mostly seen today in PNG (either a Ipatas Center or Waigani) seems to fail in the areas of positive judgement and developed wisdom.
