Thanks for the list 1aku. Now, from my observation, there are people on this list who contest literally every election, man, i dont know why they do it.. Is it because they become so addicted that they cant stop contesting or is it because they are urged by people to contest.

If people dont vote you in the first time or the second time, i'd rather get a life and look for some other career. From this list, a handful had contested the elections since, 1987 and they are still trying.. lol..

My best wishes for them.

Let me remind our fellow Engans, that a considerable number of Engan candidates seek office not solely for the purpose of winning but to split potential votes for other more powerful and influential candidates.

Besides this fact, other candidates are on a "try-luck" spree seeking fame and fortune in successive national elections. Won't anyone ever wholeheartedly and firmly represent the true democratic ideal of development and social welfare??!

That's a quest that begs to be answered!!

Americans have proven time and time again why they rule the globe by demonstrating selflessness and vote of confidence in single leadership popularity. "Divided will we be conquered" by the evils of greed and selfishness!!
