Something is only true when it is proven to be true....now the allegations against the DPM's win are at this moment mere allegations until the court of disputed returns finds them to be otherwise. The only thing that is universally accepted as absolutely true is TRUTH itself which is the WORD of the MOST HIGH GOD. Apart from that every theory has to be tested. Until then I don't think it's a good thing to contemplate on things here.
