I particularly disagree with your statement; "Most leaders are the way they are because the system has failed them." Systems or laws and regulations are set to provide a guide for leaders and people to follow.

Guidelines and systems are set in the way to keep people or leaders from going beyond. Beyond represents corrupt deals and breaking the law. Now, those systems and laws are just guidelines so you cant blame the system for failing leaders.

Leaders fail because of their own greed and corrupt attitudes. Leaders fail because they want to fail. It is the urge of the individual need rather than cooperate need. Leaders cant seperate themselves from their individual greed and cooperate good.

It is not the system. It is people themselves who fail themselves. Leaders are elected to lead people, not to lead themselves and satify their own ego's.

True leaders live with integrity. Integrity becomes part and partial of their leadership quality. Even in the secret of their bedroom, they still maintain their integrity. Integrity is a personal trait, if you sell your integrity in the secret of your bedroom, you will surely sell your integrity in the public. Leaders that sell their integrity for cash in the secret of their bedrooms or hotels, always stand out in the bulic lacking integrity. Multiple personalities one day will reveal itself in the public for all to see. Integrity is a trait that many lack thats why corruption and plundering is the norm of the day for politicians. I cant blame the system for someones corruption. Systems are set in place to guide the society, and people in the system can twist the system to their own advantage or to cover up their own hidden motives.

Personally, i would think people have sold their integrity for cash, it is not the system that fails leaders.

Kaik & ambum - If you are some intellectuals AND having the F#~*^( guts to follish yourselves, I take you're just as stupid as the villagers back in the village. At leaset now some villagers are reliasing what real politics is and are betting on different horses. If you're man enough, please high light to me and others why you think so.
