In reply to: Kiiyan 's message, "Next PM, Polye or Ipatas" on Sat, Oct 21 2006, 12:05:25pm

As a Chimbu man I can see Peter Ipatas as the Man of Action and Vision in surmountable opposition and political strategist and survivalist. Mr Polye comes no where near this skill.

Having said that, Enga has produced these two leaders. Those of us who are commenting are talking but do not know the actual ground situation nor deliver - so in effect Maus Wara tasol. Because like the Chimbu Regional seat anyone who wins the Enga Regional is King and Enga should give him all Open MP to the Peoples Party and give him chance at the MP job. Rest of Highlands are looking at Ipatas and even people Highlanders oversease are behind Ipatas 100%.

Good observation...Simbu man, but Enga need prudent Governorship to deliver essential social services. Being visionary and lacking in some area of responsibilty is not just enough, it is a mismanagement of entrusted priviledges in the political arena.

Enga can give you the man you envisage for the PM post to recieve free education, but people of Enga will vote for a leader who can shape their future.
