Hey people of Enga, where about you are, whether in overseas or back in PNG, this days no one is a perfect leader to vote for cos most turn out to be a womanizer when elected to be in parliament. Very conning and corrupt leaders and no way near the Enga will change and even the PNG will change, our lovely rich country will grow backwards in near future. We can travel overseas and see things from different angle. Even we finish our studies from overseas and go home but so call educated people still fall into the same category and I personally think PNG will never develop to complete stage as other countries. We can have dreams but it will never turn out right so stop blaming the leader, just pray and let God choose our rightful leaders instead of thinking for your wantoks…wantoks bring corruption and disaster, if you still thinking of your wantok, you will never change Enga or PNG.

This is just a food for your thought.

nmende & S apakali Awain taioko,

I agree with what you have said, it's about time God intervenes in choosing our Leaders BUT do take note;

The bible clearly teaches that it's a two way thing......we do our part (the right way) and God will do His part as He has promised. If we just kneel down and pray, pray, pray; Gods not going to jump out of the sky and physically choose the elite of leaders or politicans to this matter.

As I mentioned at the top, I do agree with your idea. It's just that we got to do our part. Then & only then, when we pray, God will take on from where we stop.

Another food for thought.

I absolutely agree with SpotLight. God has given you the power of choice to choose. You have to do your part rather than expecting miracles to happen. Praying and praying and praying will never bring the result you want coz your acts contradicts your prayer request. You being intellectuals, knowing what is right, you got to show your people how it is done and what to be done. Then pray and God will answer.

thnaks for all the comments,

well, I am totally agreed with what spotlight said, you can't expect things to happen naturally but we got to do our part by making choices to whom we can elect for, not just blindly vote your leaders by your sake who has helped you or so forth...this is when i mean wanktoks cos you are not thinking of bright future by voting someone who has the leadership quality. many people are fall inot the trick of making their own people instead of how is got that quality...

hope this answers your quiery

we pray but who will become our right leader? with the field of candidate we have right now for Enga regional, not one of them has all the qualities of the right leader. the nominations are over. we cannot nominate a new leader again. we might as well chose the most suitable amongst what we have now and hope for the best that s/he can be the best Enga wants.
