I can testify to that because I did rub shoulders with some Japanese for two weeks and could sense and see the uniqueness of these group of people.

One overriding principle that is automatically obvious to any casual onlooker is that, they show RESPECT for OTHER PEOPLE and PROPERTY.

No wonder they have progressed so fast in development. That clearly shows the direct linkage between CARE and PROGRESS in life.

I agree with you Pngean. No wonder why, the Japanese, Supper 5 S Management System turn out to be one of the effective management tool, which came out from how they perceive beauty in things they see and do.

BEAUTY, thus is the art of living through creativity of human hands and mind, which I believe every person possess. It is just that beauty is not being transformed magnificently to be seen as something of the Wonder of the heart and mind. We can create beauty out of the abundance we have in an Engan Way in and For Enga and PNG as a whole. Ethnographically speaking, Engans are the product of beauty, not the beast.
