We engourage investments in the province and infact would go out of our way to assist business houses and entreprenuers to invest in Enga. It is of course healthy for the development of our province.

However, if you are genuinely interested in Enga then my advice to would be to take the time to research and understand our land tenureship system well before making any business committments.

I think it would be utter madness for the Enga government to sell off land now or in the future, even leasing it for 99 years, which is a policy in POM is not beneficial in the long term.

Land is everything, without land people have nothing, one become displaced and landless. Selling land now, makes future generations landless with no prospect of ever getting the land back.

With the threat of rising oceans, global warming, and an over populated world, land and water resources will be a countries greatest asset in the future.

Development of Enga is beneficial, especially in the hospitality industry, but why can't the Enga government
create a industry that promotes it's own tourism?
